By accessing or using STACK Tracker (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

STACK Tracker is a web-based tool for logging and tracking supplements, vitamins, minerals, medications, and other compounds you choose to record. It also provides educational features, including a compound reference library, a reconstitution calculator, and an AI assistant.

The Service is currently free to use. An optional paid tier may be introduced in the future; if so, it will be clearly described before it takes effect.

The Service is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician or pharmacist.

You are solely responsible for decisions about your health. Always consult a qualified professional before starting, stopping, or modifying any supplement, medication, or therapy regimen. Please also read the full Disclaimer.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

The Service records only the items and information you choose to enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data, and for verifying all dosing, reconstitution, and scheduling information against your prescription and the guidance of your healthcare provider.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes any unlawful use, attempts to breach security or to access data belonging to other users, automated scraping, and any activity that interferes with the operation of the Service.

STACK Tracker does not sell, source, or facilitate the purchase of any compound, and you may not use the Service to do so.

The design, source code, and original content of the Service are owned by its operator. The compound library aggregates information from public sources, which are credited on the Methodology page. You retain ownership of the data you enter into your account.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of STACK Tracker is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from reliance on any content within it.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings; doing so removes your personal data and tracking history. The operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
