Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information STACK Tracker collects, how that information is used, and the choices available to you. STACK Tracker is built to be private by default: it is ad-free and it does not sell your data.

Account information: the email address and optional display name you provide when you sign up. Your password is handled by our authentication provider and is stored only as a secure cryptographic hash — STACK Tracker never sees or stores your password in plain text.

Tracking data: the items you choose to track, your dose history, vial inventory records, and any notes you add.

AI assistant history: the messages you exchange with the assistant, stored so that you can return to past conversations.

Technical information: standard server logs and privacy-respecting usage analytics that do not identify you personally.

Your information is used only to provide and operate the Service — to maintain your account, store and display your tracking data, send the email you have asked to receive, and power the AI assistant.

STACK Tracker does not use your information for advertising. It does not sell your information, and it does not share your information with third parties for their own marketing or analytics.

STACK Tracker uses a small number of cookies. A session cookie keeps you signed in. A disclaimer-acknowledgment cookie records that you have read the site disclaimer so that it does not appear on every visit. STACK Tracker does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

STACK Tracker relies on a few trusted infrastructure providers that process data on its behalf: Supabase (authentication and database), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (the AI assistant), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Your data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database protected by row-level security, which ensures that each account can access only its own data. We take reasonable technical measures to safeguard your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. From your account settings you can export all of your data at any time, or delete your account entirely. Deleting your account removes your personal information and tracking history.

STACK Tracker is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us so that it can be removed.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
